Exhibition War, insubmission, art
Within the War, Insubmission, and Art project, we established a collaboration with the Escola Massana for two activities:
A presentation talk on the engravings of Gerd Arntz, Otto Dix, and George Grosz, led by Santiago López Petit and Falconetti Peña.
A pedagogical experiment: organizing an exhibition based on research projects carried out by the students of Applied Arts at the Wall in the First and Second years of the CFAS at the Escola Massana, focused on the works of the mentioned artists.
The project consists of exploring, conceptualizing, and graphically representing the intersection of the concepts of war, insubordination, and art through the technique of monotype. The graphic proposal engages in dialogue with the imagery of war and insubordination, integrating elements of critique, resistance, or social transformation.
