Mat Whitecross worked as editor in 9 Songs, directed by Michael Winterbottom, and as director for second unit in Code 46 (Code 46), also directed by Winterbottom. He also directed the short film Job Street (2004) and music videos for Asher D., The Magic Numbers and Coldplay. He is actually writing the script for his first feature.
