The Assembly for Social Communication (ACS) emerged in April 2003 as a proposal to transfer the experience of the numerous campaigns that were carried out in Catalonia in those years and the practice of the network to the communicative-media sphere. Its main objectives are the creation of community-based audiovisual media and the questioning of the current social communication model.
