Jaime Vallaure is an experimental and multidisciplinary artist linked to action art, performance, video, formative experiences, and independent publishing. His field of work also extends to non-artistic territories related to everyday life. He began his activity in the early 1990s with video works.
He is a founding member and active participant in the creative research project around performance Circo Interior Bruto (CIB 1999–2021) as well as the independent and autonomous creation space Zona de Acción Temporal (ZAT 1997–1998). Since 1999, together with Rafael Lamata, he has been part of the live experimentation duo Los Torreznos, with whom he has participated in numerous festivals both nationally and internationally.
